CAN I FIND OUT YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRICES?

SURE! AFTER YOUR FREE FIRST SESSION. Our process HAS ALWAYS BEEN to talk about our various options / DISCOUNTS AFTER you come in for a free workout session. We find that after the free first workout we are able to see if we are right fit and recommend based on that first workout. Also you experience 1st hand an actual muscle thru workout. Worse case scenario you got a free session. Best case - you

DO YOU OFFER CHILD CARE?

NO WE DO NOT HAVE A KIDS AREA AND WE DO NOT OFFER CHILD CARE.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan. We just require a 30 day notice from your next billing date. FILL OUT THE CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM HERE

Can I place my account on hold?

You can freeze your membership for a monthly fee of $30.* You can freeze your membership for a minimum of one month.
*The option to freeze is not available to those joining on a TRIAL membership OR SPECIAL.

Is there a minimum age limit?

THE MINIMUM AGE TO ATTEND IS 13 YEARS OLD.

What type of payments do you accept?

DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD ONLY.

ARE YOU A CROSSFIT?

No. While we respect that style of workout, our focus is on endurance and strength. Yes you will see equipment often associated with CrossFit, but we won’t do kipups, have barbells or use chalk.

What should I expect on my first day of session?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of your reserved class time so that you may complete and sign the necessary paperwork at the front desk. You can also expect one of our knowledgeable staff members to provide you with a guided walkthrough of our workout guidelines.

When should I arrive for class? Is there a late show policy?

IF YOU'RE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE, YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. LEAVE TO BE EARLY. Guidelines and demonstrations will be provided durning this time. If you are LATER THAN THE 5 - minutes GRACE PERIOD you will not be permitted to attend that session. WE DO NOT HAVE A LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW CHARGE AT THIS TIME.

What type of shoes should I wear?

NO dirty shoes in the gym!! You should own a separate pair of shoes completely dedicated to interval training. These are different from the shoes you run in, WALK YOUR DOG, take to the park or trail on weekends, ETC.

How do I book a class?

Book your first class on website. Once you have a membership download the Muscle Thru app. With the app you will be able to easily view schedules, book classes and get access to latest Muscle Thru .
